I am always looking for new recipes to use limes. I love limes! I see you have the same ice cream maker I do... I've only used it twice this summer and I can't do it right. I know it's user error. I'm going to give another go though. I love this sorbet and I wouldn't just eat it as a palate cleanser, I would eat it as dessert.
