Simple Szechuan Stir-Fry

Hi guys! How are all of you? I am doing great. Today I am one year cancer free!
I am celebrating life today! Which means I am not spending that much time in my kitchen today. I am getting out there and living! So it is really nice that I recently was blessed to receive some San-J's Szechuan Sauce to review.  
 This certified gluten free sauce is perfect for putting a new twist on your favorite chili recipe or stir-fry. The complex combination of gluten-free Tamari, spices, ginger, plum and sesame gives San-J's Szechuan Sauce a balanced heat. 

I love working with San-J because they make cooking dinner SO EASY. With this sauce you can make a killer stir-fry in under 15 minutes and 5 ingredients. 

Simple Gluten-Free Szechuan Stir-Fry

1 sweet onion
1 zucchini
1 cup broccoli florets
1 lb chicken thighs

Prepare your ingredients, by chopping your veggies and chicken into bite sized pieces. 
Add 1/4 cup of San-J's Szechuan Sauce to a Wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add your chicken pieces and cook thoroughly.

Top with your veggies and pour remaining 1/4 cup of San-J's Szechuan Sauce.
Cook until your veggies are to your liking. I like mine al dente, cooked but with a crunch still. 

I serve mine over cooked quinoa. Enjoy!
