Free book and support to help you in your health and wellness journey

One of my other passions in life is writing. Many don't know I am a 3 time published author. My latest book "Nourish - The beginner's guide to eating healthy and staying fit". Is a tool to help someone start making small changes in their food and movement. It has step by step instructions on how to create easy healthy meals that you will love, as well as step by step instructions on how to get into 75 of the most popular yoga poses.
