Sweet and Spicy Asian Steak

I have good news! I am on the mend! FINALLY! This has been the worst cold ever.
I think I lost a few layers of skin from constantly washing my hands.  4 kleenex boxes, 2 bottles of dayquil down... and I am happy to finally be among the land of the living.
To celebrate I made the troops their coveted red meat. As usual I didn't try it. But everyone else said it was amazing. It was really easy to make. Just a few simple ingredients and you get a meal that everyone raves about. I am going to try this marinade on chicken down the line too, because everyone said how good it was. You can't go wrong with asian flavors.
Sweet and Spicy Gluten free Asian Steak
adapted from The Pioneer Woman.
1/2 cup braggs amino acids -or- gluten free soy sauce

1/2 cup Sherry
1/4 cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons (heaping) Minced Ginger
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2  Steaks
Whisk all the ingredients except steak in a bowl.
Place the steaks and marinade in a ziplock bag and chill in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Let come to room temperature before grilling.
Grill steaks on high heat for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare steaks. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and green onion slivers on top to garnish.
