Master of a recipe
So I made a Chocolate bavarian cream pie for dessert tomorrow night. Do you know how many times I have to make Creme Aglaise for every french dessert I want to make? I have mastered it. yes I have. Test me. Without the book I can tell you the whole process which is easy. Keeping in mind I blew it the very first time I made it. I guess there is something to the textbook huh? Next I will make it with my eyes closed. .. that could be interesting.
