Well I am still in Oregon, away from my hubby. So i am cooking dinner for Penny and her husband. I am away from my kitchen and all of my gadgets that I am used to, so i decided on

Here is the recipe for the cioccolata calda torte liquide
8 Ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 Stick butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler. Add the flour and sugar to chocolate mixture. Stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Divide the batter evenly among the custard cups. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour (can be done up to 12 hours ahead of time) Place in the oven and bake for 14 minutes.
I top with homemade creme freche
