Quick Easy Oatmeal Cookies Gluten-Free

You know how sometimes you want something homemade, but you just don't want to get out a gazillion ingredients? Today was one of those days. I mean I wanted to make a homemade dessert for Taylor, but I really didn't want to spend hours doing so. I got a wonderful gluten free spice cake mix from Namaste Foods.

I didn't just want to make a spice cake with it. I always like to try to do something different, or "outside the box". So instead I made the easiest most scrumptious Oatmeal cookies with it. Took me 5 minutes to prep.

2 1/2 c. uncooked gluten free rolled oats
2 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix well for 3 minutes. Drop from a Tablespoon onto a cookie sheet or baking stone.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15  minutes.
