I love a good banana bread. Problem is it is full of calories, butter, and sugar. Well I have found the solution. With just a few whole foods, you can have all the taste of banana bread, with very little calories, and no refined sugar, or butter.
When reading about health, you will find everywhere that more nuts and fruit are vital to a healthy diet. These bars are better than a bowl of cereal. Loaded with protein and nutrients. Best part... They taste amazing!
Raw Vegan Gluten-Free Banana Bread Larabars

1 cup dates
1/2 very ripe banana
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add Almonds and Walnuts to a food processor. Process until nuts resemble bread crumbs.
Put remaining ingredients in food processor,
and process until fully combined.
Press into an 8x8 pan that is lined with parchment paper.
Cover and put in the freezer for 2 hours before cutting into bars. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
