Gluten Free BBQ Chicken
3-4 lbs of your favorite bone in Chicken
1 jar Organic Ville Original Organic BBQ Sauce
Pour 3/4 of the jar of sauce over your raw meat and marinade for at least one hour.
If you are good at planning ahead, you can pour over your meat the night before. Store in the fridge. Let come to room temperature before you grill. I usually leave it covered out of the fridge for 1 hour.
When ready to cook, heat up your grill to 375 degrees.
Place saucy meat on the upper level of your grill away from direct heat. Cook for 15 minutes, then turn and cook for 10 more minutes. Brush with more sauce before serving.
