Crockpot Hawaiian Ham

My Men love ham. Unfortunately for them, I don't. That means they don't get it often. A couple times a year (mostly holidays), I decide to put my feelings for it aside and I cook them up one of their favorite dishes. This one is so easy to make. Perfect for those of you that have to head out to work, and want a hot meal ready when you get home.

Gluten-Free Crockpot Hawaiian Ham
adapted from Crock Girls

1 Ham, pre-cooked, bone-in, spiral cut
1 1/2 Cups of Brown sugar
1 Fresh Pineapple cut into bits, saving juice too.

Cover the bottom of the crock with 1 cup of the brown sugar.
Place ham on top of the brown sugar in the crockpot.
Add the pineapple bits with the juice.
Sprinkle ham and pineapple with another 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9  hours, or on high for 4 hours.
Serve!
