Having Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, I am sure you struggle with finding dressings you can trust not having cross contamination, or hidden gluten. A long time ago I just moved to homemade dressing. It tastes much better and eliminates the worry of accidental gluten exposure. One of my families favorites is Bleu Cheese Dressing. Making it fresh makes it over the top amazing, and it is really easy to do. Enjoy!
Bleu Cheese Dressing
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
1/4 cup smoked blue cheese, crumbled
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, Greek yogurt, and garlic until smooth. Stir in onion powder, fresh parsley, chives, and the blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
