Balsamic Cherry Pears & Giveaway
Today I am hosting a giveaway for Bellindora Vinegars. Bellindora fruit infused vinegar’s are blended with our companies California Balsamic and the Highest Quality Fruit from local farms of California, Oregon and Washington. The winner will receive one bottle of Balsamic Peach and one bottle of Balsamic Cherry. The rich, slightly sweet flavor readily lends itself to vinaigrette dressings, gourmet sauces, marinades, and brings out the sweetness of fresh fruits.
I reduced the Balsamic Cherry vinegar and poached some pears in it and it was divine! It may not look to appetizing, but I promise you it is a great treat!
Balsamic Cherry Glazed Pears
1 cup balsamic cherry vinegar
Peel your pears. I like to leave the stem on.
Add one cup of balsamic cherry vinegar to a medium pot.
Heat over medium heat stirring frequently, until it reduces by a 1/4.
Place your pears in the pan and spoon the vinegar over the pears until liquid coats the pear.
Winner receives 2 bottles of Bellindora Vinegars.
