Hard Baked Eggs

Ok this post is going up because with all the cooking and baking I do... I never even thought about baking my eggs hard, rather than boiling them. DUH! Why did I not think of this? I found the post on  Greetings from the Asylum. I love the name of her blog. Haha! She found the recipe from Alton Brown. So I am giving credit to both of them. I would not have found it if it was not for her pinterest post. Yes, closet Pinterest junkie here.  =)

So this is how you do it... Enjoy!
Hard Baked Eggs
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Position the oven racks in the center of the oven.
Place the eggs parallel to the bars on the racks.
Bake for 30 minutes.
When the eggs are done, fill a large bowl with ice and water and move the eggs into the bowl.
You want the water really cold because it will make the eggs a lot easier to peel. The cold helps the egg pull away from the shell. Keep them in the cold water for 10 minutes and then peel.
