I absolutely love Mexican food! I always have. So I am so thankful I can make so much of it and it is naturally gluten free. Nothing says comfort to me more than a bowl of Spanish Rice. I have made it a lot of different ways, each unique in their own way. This one is really tasty, and really really easy to make. Perfect side dish for when you only have 30 minutes to get dinner on the table.

I love Spanish rice but rarely get a chance to make it. I love your choice of spices.ReplyDelete
Can you do it on the stove top, the same way, if you dont' have a rice cooker?ReplyDelete
Yes you can cook it on the stove too.ReplyDelete
I didn't realize you could make flavored rice in a rice cooker! Now that I think about it, it doesn't really surprise me, it just never once occurred to me!ReplyDelete
