Time for another comfort food. Red Curry Chicken noodle soup is one of my favorites. This dish is not spicy. If you would like it spicier, you can add more red curry paste. Cooking the chicken in the paste broth really infuses the flavor into the chicken. Cooking it in the crockpot really makes your house smell good. When I make this dish, there is never any leftovers. In a large sauce pan, add coconut milk, red curry paste and turmeric, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Cook until mixture is combined and starts to thicken, about 2 minutes.
