I am finding more and more that I have people sitting around waiting for dinner to be ready. It makes me uncomfortable when there are hungry mouths to feed and it is an hour from dinner time. Time to amp up my appetizer game. This dip is fast, easy and only 4 ingredients that are naturally gluten free. It is a great dip to bring to a party too!
Hot Gluten Free Caprese Dipfrom How Sweet It Is
10 ounces fresh mozzarella, chopped into cubes
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and juiced
3 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
3 tablespoons cream cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Use the skin and flesh only of the tomatoes.
Make sure tomatoes have as much juiced squeezed out of them as possible, because the juice of the tomatoes will make the dip soupy if you don't remove the juice.
What a great way to have caprese ... Yum!
ReplyDeleteAwesome app! Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a delicious looking caprese dip. I love Italian style dips! A good olive dip is worth checking out to compliment any of your Italian styled meals. Just by searching online you can find some really good olive dip recipes. Either add or remove from the recipe to make it your own, or try it just as is, you can't lose.
