Time for more meat and potatoes for the boys. Instead of just throwing a chunk of meat on the grill I decided to do something a little better. So since I don't eat red meat, I am just going off what everyone said. These are best served with a steak sauce. I would recommend a balsamic reduction, Randy used a spicy barbeque sauce and the boys used A1 sauce. Everyone enjoyed them. These would be fun to make at a cookout or barbeque event.

In a large bowl, combine spread the bacon, mushrooms, onions, basil and chives;evenly over steaks.
Roll the meat up and secure with skewers or toothpicks. Cut each roll into 1/2- to 3/4-in. slices and secure with a toothpick.
You're a great mom and wife.. you make everyone happy. Last night we had pancakes for dinner... I was too lazy to cook. Now my husband would have done a pinwheel for these instead. They are gorgeous. :)
