Gluten Free Nacho's

If you are a chip lover like I am, then you should try Beanitos. I have been using tortilla chips for years as the coating for breading on foods and as a way of getting fresh produce in my mouth. I mean a girl needs some sort of substance. These chips are making me happy because they are so much healthier!

They contain no gluten ingredients, and they are made on dedicated gluten-free lines. Beanitos are low-glycemic because they’re made from beans. And beans – unlike corn or potatoes – take longer to break down into glucose. This means a low glycemic value and more stable blood-glucose levels. They are also certified GMO free.

Per 1 ounce serving, Beanitos have:
4 grams complete protein
5 grams fiber
14 grams complex carbohydrates 
7 grams fat 
140 calories
