Roasted Asparagus

My Mom asked for Roasted Asparagus to go with her birthday meal. One of the easiest things to make is Asparagus. There are so many ways to do it, but in the end, it is still Asparagus. Here is one of the quick ways I make it:

Large Bunch of Asparagus
Kosher salt
Olive oil or any vinaigrette salad dressing

Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the ends off of the asparagus and wash. Place them in a baking dish and toss with olive oil or salad vinaigrette dressing.

Add Kosher salt and toss to coat. Cook asparagus for 10-15 minutes until it has started to wilt, (note: I Hate mushy asparagus, 10 minutes max for this family. But cook according to your taste, we are al dente all the way) but still has good color. Cooking time will vary greatly depending on size and quantity of asparagus.
