Gluten-Free Weekly Recipe Round-up

Gluten-Free Weekly Recipe Round-up

My life has been really really busy lately. My husband and I just got back from visiting friends and family in Oregon. Since today is the recipe round-up I thought I would use this post to tell you a little about my trip. Besides just visiting friends and family. I was also able to take a few mini trips while I was there. The first trip was to Stevensen Washington. It was beautiful to drive up the Gorge during Fall.
I also enjoyed walking through my old neighborhood taking pictures of the beautiful fall leaves that we don't get here in California. I never noticed them when I lived there. Now when I go back to visit, I can't get over how beautiful the trees are!
I was also fortunate to spend some time with my friend who owns Northwest Vines. She took me and a couple girlfriends to some amazing Vineyards in the Dundee Hills and Wallamette Valley.
I used to go to the vines several times a month, so it was great to be back. I got to go to some new vineyards that I had not been to before. The highlight of my day was tasting a 2006 Alexana Shea Pinot Noir. It was so tasty. I had to bring home a bottle. Visiting my old friend Mary from Arborbrook was nice too. To this day they still have some of the finest wines. As you can see from the pictures, it is very beautiful this time of year up in Oregon.

So now let's get on to what recipes I posted this week. Today I have for you;
