100 Calorie Just like Pringles Ranch Potato Chips Recipe
Happy day after Thanksgiving! Since all of us are fat and happy from our Thanksgiving meals. I thought today I would give you a couple real treats. The first treat is a giveaway. I will list that at the bottom of this page. The second; 100 calorie Ranch Potato Chips Recipe. They taste just like pringles ranch chips. I promise. I carefully calculated the calories using my scale and a potato. One average potato is 80 calories. I used 1/4 of the Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix (yes, it is gluten-free) that equals out to 20 calories. This recipe makes 60 ranch potato chips that are to die for. No need to buy pre-packaged food that is full of chemicals. Now you can make your own 100 calorie snack right at home in less than 5 minutes, that cost 10 times cheaper than store bought ones!

100 Calorie Gluten-Free Just like Pringles Ranch Potato Chips
First of all you will need 3 things.
1 Potato (I find yukon gold taste best)
2 tsp hidden valley ranch dressing mix
If you don't have a Topchips maker, hang on... cuz I am going to give you a chance to win one in the giveaway below.
Start off by peeling your potato. Next use the microplane that comes in your Topchips maker, and slice the potatoes thin.
Rinse off your potato slices. This helps remove the starchy flavor.
Now place evenly over your silicone Topchips tray.
You will be doing about batches with 1 potato. So sprinkle 1/2 tsp of the ranch dressing mix evenly over the potatoes.
Place in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Tada! Tip; remove the chips when they are still warm, because they will peel right off.
Repeat cooking them on the tray until all the of the potato is gone. My potato made 63 potato chips. Total 100 calories.
I highly recommend this chip maker. You can buy one here: http://www.shopmastrad.com/TopChips_Chip_Maker_Red_2_Plus_1_p/a64710.htm
Now if the recipe wasn't good enough. I have something even better!
