Healthy Spiced Pumpkin Latte

We were super excited to try the world's first Flaxmilk.
With all the dietary restrictions Taylor has, I am always trying to find new ways to get nutrition in her. Flax USA came out with the first ever flaxmilk and I thought...hmmmmm. I wonder? Why flax? Because It is healthy: it is lactose and dairy free, gluten free, soy free and includes as much calcium as cow's milk and much more in omega-3 protein, which is essential for a healthy body and mind. It is low in Calories too! Studies have shown it helps fight depression, cancer, boosts the immune system, fights diabetes, Menstrual cramps, Heart disease, constapation and the list goes on. You can find Flaxmilk in Walmart. If your local market does not carry it, be sure to tell them you want it! I was so excited when Taylor loved the vanilla flaxmilk mixed with my Homemade Chai Concentrate.  It is the perfect snack for her to grab and go, especially on her busy work days.

Next it was time to try it on a holiday drink. I am after all on a Pumpkin kick. Time for a Spiced Pumpkin Latte!

To make this drink, fill a glass with ice.
Poor 1/4 full of Pumpkin Spice Concentrate
Fill the rest with Vanilla Flaxmilk  and serve.

I gave it to Taylor when she got home from work, tired and hungry. She gave it the once over.

Being a good sport, she tried it. Tada! She loved it!
