Taylor starts her job today at West. I want her to have a good start. I am so so so excited about these Schaer Ciabatta rolls that are gluten free:
I could not wait to see my daughters face when I made her a Ciabatta sandwhich... something she has not had in ages. So I got right to it. I had made my black olive tapenade so this was going to be easy!
4 TBSP black olive tapenade
4 ciabatta rolls, about 3 by 3 inches
½ lb. fontina, cut into slices
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Split the ciabatta rolls in half and place on a cookie sheet or ovensafe pan.
On each slice spread 1 TBSP black olive Tapenade
Cover each with 2 more slices of cheese and leave Open.
Place the sandwiches in the oven Cook for 10 minutes.
Put sandwhiches together. Slice down the middle and serve.

These look so yummy! I have tried other Schar products and they are good, but I have not had ciabatta bread since I had to quit eating gluten almost 5 years ago. I can't wait to try these.
