Multigrain Gluten Free Bread

Have you tried Maninis bread? Gluten free and fabulous is how I would describe this bread. A friend of mine was saying how she could not find a good gluten free multigrain bread and then along came Maninis. We are a huge bread family. I could live on just bread and veggies. So I was so excited to get a wide variety of gluten free products to try from Maninis. Taylor and Tots were really excited too!

The first one I tried was Maninis Papa's Pane Multigrain Mix. This bread is Certified Gluten free and very easy to make. I was so suprised how flavorful it was. Here is how simple it is to make:

7/8 cup warm water
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 Tbsp oil (I used coconut oil)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 large eggs
2 cups Papa's Pane bread Mix

Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray and set aside.

Stir yeast into the 7/8 cup warm water. Let stand until creamy. About 10 minutes.
Put into a kitchen aid mixer with paddle attachment. Add oil, vinegar and eggs.

Slowly add the 2 cups Papa's Pane mix

Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Place the dough into the pan. Using a rubber spatula, gently form the dough into loaf shape.
Cover and set aside in a warm area for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Bake for 55 minutes and Tada!!!!
Look how excited Taylor is:

Yummy flavorful multigrain bread.

I have a lot of plans for this bread, but to be honest it is scrumptious just the way it is.
