Eureka! I have found it! My daughter is doing a happy dance right now. We received this Pina Colada mini loaf from Whole Baked Goodness. Have you heard of them? I had not until I saw an add in Living Without. My daughter is a Pina Colada Freak. So when she got this mini cake from them, she tore into it right away. She loved it. It is not common for her to like that many bakery goods that claim to be gluten free. So naturally I am ecstatic! This is the perfect solution to the days that I don't have the energy to bake from scratch. She can grab it and take it with her to work or when she goes out with her friends. Since she has such bad food allergies she cannot eat out with them without having cross contamination... and we all pay for that. If you are looking for a gluten free solution to grab and go... they have a lot of baked goods to try. Taylor highly recommends them.
