Creamy Almond Butter Dressing and Review

Have you tried Barney Butter? For those of you that wish you could have peanut butter, try it. Barney Butter has a peanut free facility so it is safe for those with Peanut allergies. They have Crunchy and Smooth Almond Butter as well as Squeeze packs.
The Squeeze packs are so convenient for lunches. Use them to dip your apples and Celery in. Or make a Almond butter and jelly sandwich.
What sets Barney Butter apart from other Almond Butters is the creamy consistency along with the great taste. So it is perfect to eat straight out of the jar or packet. I wanted to do something a little different with mine, and bring my readers a new recipe choice. So I made
Creamy Almond Butter Dressing.

1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup whole almonds
2 teaspoons Braggs Liquid Amino Acids (or you can sub gluten free soy sauce here)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
½ clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup water

Place almond butter, almonds, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger into a food processor.
Blend. Then begin to slowly add up to ¼ cup of water to thin as desired.

Enjoy this dressing on leafy green salads, as a dip or even tossed with your favorite gluten free pasta!
