Baked Garlic Fries

French Fries are a weakness of mine. I like them any way I can get them. There is just something comforting about knowing that I have a bag of potatoes in the house, and can easily make them any time I want. With potatoes being naturally gluten free, it makes these baked garlic french fries an extra special treat, knowing that my daughter can enjoy them with me as well. You are 5 ingredients away from these crispy treats!
Gluten Free Baked Garlic Fries
Adapted from The Talking Kitchen

6  potatoes, cut into thin fries
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, and get a baking sheet lined with foil/parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.

Cut the potatoes into fries and place in a bowl of cold water to soak for a few minutes.

Drain the water and dry the fries with paper towel. Once dry, toss the fries with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Lay on prepared baking sheet in a single layer

Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on how crispy you like your fries.

Halfway through the cooking time, flip the fries.
