Gluten Free Cheese Biscuits

It is no secret that I enjoy making things from scratch. However, I know not everyone has the time and energy to do everything from scratch. So it is nice that companies like Maple Grove Farms can make gluten free baking easier with their gluten free mixes. Maple Grove Farms, recently sent me a sample of their gluten-free All Purpose Baking Mix to try out.  This is a product that will get you in and out of the kitchen quickly but deliver on taste also. Here is a quick easy delicious biscuit recipe for you. A big thank you to my friend Monica who came up with this recipe! Thank you my friend!

1 box Maple Grove Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
1/3 cup Butter
2/3 cup Milk
3 Eggs
3oz Grated Cheese

Crumble the butter into the baking mix with finger tips until it resembles small bread crumbs.

Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix. Save a little cheese to decorate.

Drop onto a greased baking sheet and sprinkle remaining cheese on top to brown.

Bake for 12 - 15 mins at 400 Degrees.
